“A brief encounter with a stranger can be memorable, but it doesn’t necessarily change your life — unless you’re Seattle–based photographer Cora Edmonds. Nine years ago, she took a candid photo of a young boy in Nepal. The picture eventually had a profound impact on her and her community. Years later, she went back to Nepal, twice, to find him. But when she first met the boy, it was just a fleeting moment. Cora Edmonds talks with KUOW’s Jeremy Richards.”
