Jonathan Wakuda Fischer to work on Hirabayashi Place project
ArtXchange artist Jonathan Wakuda Fischer will creating a series of outdoor panels for Hirabayahi Place, a building honoring civil rights activist Gordon Hirabayashi and the Japanese Americans struggles for justice.
