Traveling to various countries on different continents, Sekiguchi gravitated to and found comfort in rivers as metaphorical references to life systems and life lines to culture. Sekiguchi is interested in conveying movement in solid material and representing the flow of water.
Waterfall has also been exhibited at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art (BIMA).
